Every balloon decoration is unique. Balloon garlands and air-filled pieces may last for weeks if stored properly.

Foil and Helium bundles can last around 3-5 days.  All our latex balloons are treated with HI FLOAT to increase floating time. These can also last around 3-5 days.

We work on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment, book ahead of time. If you are booking a package or a balloon garland that requires installation by us, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is due the week of your event, before setup. We accept direct deposits. 

We allow cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the event but deposit is non-refundable. Full payment will be required once the 72 hour window closes.

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be given. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or event cancellations.

Latex balloons are not plastic, they are a plant-based product made from natural rubber. Natural Latex comes from Rubber Tree Plantations which are a renewable resource.

For prop hire, it is essential that clients do not move or handle any props once they have been delivered and set up by Hello Balloons. The client acknowledges that the props are delicate and require careful handling to maintain their integrity and prevent damage. In the event of any damage caused by the client or their guests to the props, the client will be responsible for paying additional amount to cover the costs of repair or replacement of the damaged item(s). Hello Balloons reserves the right to assess the damage and determine the appropriate charges for repairs or replacement.

By proceeding with prop hire, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the requirement of a refundable fee, and acknowledges their responsibility for the proper handling and care of the props during the event.
